Excellent basic advice for preventing and treating colds and flus
This year the Flu has been reported to be the worse in 3 or 4 years. Make a huge batch of Elderberry syrup to ward off the flu, however, if you or a loved one does come down with it, here are some recommendations from Rosemary.
