Although a month is never enough to acknowledge the contribution and heritage of a group, May’s celebration of Asian American, Native Hawaiian, and Pacific Islander (AANHPI) Heritage Month comes to a close. We hope it sparks continued appreciation and centering of past and current contributions to us all.
Putting visibility on built-in invisibility is a way to care for the community people that make up the local (and non local) fabric of our lives.
Stories, experiences, hope and dreams are similar and unique to humans. We are here to value the both and allow that to express with more ease, agency, and possibility through nervous systems. One and many, the relationship of both.
Thank you to all the local groups and orgs who highlighted AANHPI Month.
Let’s keep valuing and find value in new ways.
Practice members have shared that they choose their table in the entrainment room, by which flower arrangement they are most called to.
Others have often commented once they sit up after their session, that the flowers are so beautiful, and were they there when they laid down 20min before?
Flowers grace us with beauty and a vibrancy that buoys the room, and also contributes to the healing field and frequency.
Hope has it's way of being expressed in the grace of a bloom... we cannot always see it, sometimes someone else has to see it first for it to come into our visual field and for us to perceive it.
Take a moment in your scroll to breath in the memory of the last flower you saw - you really saw, or the next one you will REALLY see - and take it in... 3 breaths: breathing in through your nose, and with each inhale the flower gets clearer and clearer. Breathing out through your mouth, and with each exhale, you feel more HERE than before!

It's never too late to appreciate our mothers!
To all the mamas, those who have been raised by mamas or lost their mamas too soon. This is honoring the threads of all of that moving through you. A glimpse of who you are IS in relation to this. Sending appreciation and honor and love!
