Lilac Water Kefir-
Have you ever tried water Kefir before? It’s typically made as a probiotic homebrew beverage, health tonic. The finished product, if bottled, will produce a carbonated beverage, like a homemade healthy probiotic soda, and it can be flavored with fruits, flowers and herbs, I love in Lilac season, to flavor it with the fresh flowers, and banana for added sweetness.
