It's almost that time of year for the Senior Farmers Market Nutrition Program (SFMNP) season 2026! One of our most eagerly anticipated seasonal programs is right around the corner and we are excited to distribute cards on a first-come, first-serve basis at farmers markets around Santa Clara County.
