Those experiences are preparing alumni like Katerina Gill '25, now at the University of Richmond School of Law, and Grace Martinez '26, who hopes to work on Capitol Hill before attending law school.

That's the idea behind Santa Clara University's AI Kitchen.

Every week, students, faculty, staff, and Silicon Valley professionals come together to experiment with the latest artificial intelligence tools in a welcoming, hands-on environment. From medicine and marketing to education and real estate, participants discover how AI is transforming every industry.

For computer science and engineering student Tiffany Le ’28, the AI Kitchen offered something just as important as technical skills: a sense of belonging. Today, she helps lead the program, welcoming dozens of participants each Friday and showing that AI education can be collaborative, inclusive, and accessible to everyone.
