Job Description
The hiring company has an exciting opportunity for a General Manager of Manufactory in the United States. The General Manager of Manufactory will be responsible for the establishment of a manufacturing plant in Fort Worth, Texas, including site selection, hiring team, and building process. The General Manager of Manufactory will oversee operations related to the manufacture and distribution of goods and manage the supply chain and product shipment in the North American region.
Job Responsibilities:
• Lead to establish a manufacturing team in the United States.
• Lead to establish a stable supply chain.
• Operate the factory and manage the production process.
• Oversee and improve manufacturing operations, establishing and driving production goals and developing organizational structures.
• Develop and implement target production strategy including project and OEM.
• Maintain good communication with the local government to ensure the factory is operating legally.
• Assist with exportation requirements.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standard operating procedures, providing resources and training.
• Oversee employee hiring, training, development, and management, providing guidance to leadership teams.
• Develop performance and efficiency metrics, identifying areas for improvement and reporting results to executive leadership.
• Manage finances, monitoring budgets, expenses, and product unit costs to drive revenue and margin projections.
Job Qualifications:
• Bachelor above degree.
• 5+ years relevant experience with a focus on factory operation.
• Experience and background in electrical engineering, automation, power, and manufacturing preferred.
• Keen strategic thinking and planning.
• Understanding of budget management and financial monitoring.
• Excellent leadership skills, including goal setting, motivating, training, and mentorship.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, including writing, speaking, and active listening.
• Effective conflict resolution and problem-solving skills.
• Good organization and time management.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced or high-pressure environment.
• In-depth knowledge of the industry.
• High leadership potential, Ambition to grow and to take initiative.
• English is necessary with Chinese preferred.
Job Description
The hiring company’s warehouses are hopping with new business and they need Delivery Drivers to get customers their orders. A valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and personable personality will get you started. The state-of-the-art logistics systems will keep you organized and the pay is pretty good too!
Job Responsibilities:
• Support warehouse staff at receiving, conduct product quality check, and ensure product meets the vendor specification and regulatory label requirements, and work with the operation and the merchandise team to resolve product issues.
• Perform product quality audits periodically at the product sorting and packing station and communicate any deviations to the appropriate parties promptly.
• Support operation team on inventory control.
• Review and organize operation and quality paperwork according to the quality procedure.
• Support customer service and work collaboratively with the Operation and Merchandise team to investigate customer complaints, identify root causes, and help to identify corrective actions and monitor effectiveness.
• Coach and support operation team on quality standard procedures.
• Manage site pest control services and paperwork.
• Assist in product recall and regulatory inspections.
• Support on other improvement projects.
Job Qualifications:
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• No more than one (1) moving violation in the last four (4) years
• No accidents caused by you in the last three (3) years.
• At least 21 years old.
• No DUIs or DWIs at all, ever.
