Here’s how we calculate event ROI that makes us rockstars in the eyes of our finance team👇

We aim for at least a 4X return on the pipeline compared to the event’s cost. This magic number hinges on sales win rates.

Here’s how it works: If sales reps convert 25% of the opportunities from an event, then generating $400k pipeline from a $100k event investment means the cost is covered with closed-won revenue.

Need to adjust for different win rates? Just tweak the multiplier based on sales reps actual performance.
