Lantz Full Circle

Encouraged by the City of Santa Barabara good neighbor rules, we engaged in unique experience to present ‘Reimagine Roble’ project to our adjacent Riviera neighbors. The new design received rave reviews; but the impending construction process not so much… No one looks forward to that short-lived part, but after almost fifty years with no improvements and deferred maintenance inside and out; the only choice remains to wield the wrecking hammer 🔨 and fix this mess🪄🏚️❗️

I do not recall ever turning in a drawing set for review to any city and receiving such a cheerful congratulatory reply🎉❗️…feels like I won the lottery today✨ …but actually think it’s more like being a contestant on 🦈 S H A R K T A N K‼️

Geology Sample Day❗️Have to say I am super impressed with the way Ted Smith and his crew unloaded drilling rig in minutes on our steep street with opposing car waiting, safely set up level on driveway slope and took two difficult samples that both ended up in rock just a few feet down. What does that mean❓According to engineer (& 🏄‍♂️) Ted, “The geology on your site is more stable with greater bearing strength. WHEN (not if) the earthquake comes, this site will dissipate earth movement better because of the rock” 😳

So proud and honored to see one of my dearest and long time friends; Carla Munoz, see her dream to own a multi-brand design showroom realized ✨ Tonight she hosted opening for her latest acquisition 👏👏👏 Brava, brava‼️
