You can’t beat the classic red cocktail bar and the pagoda roof that defines the room over the stock of fine liquors served to get in the mood for this celebration. A very special treat for those patrons of Jimmy’s is Tommy Chung’s famous Sliced BBQ Pork. Those mouthwatering medallions of marinated pork will take you back in time. Longtime regular Tina was able to get the recipe from Tommy and shared it with Clay -- so the the original recipe will make an appearance for the Spring Festival. Stop in and enjoy the special for the Year of the Fire Horse.
