The Environmental Defense Center (EDC) and our local city partners have done some amazing work cleaning and protecting our local creeks and waterways this past year. 13,394 LBS of waste was removed by volunteers in 2023 breaking the EDC record! Thank you to all who participated! We look forward to another great year.

Creek Cleanup Alert!
This Saturday, from 9:00 am to 11:30 am, to clear trash from Maria Ygnacio Creek.
Volunteers will meet at the corner of Ribera Drive and Matorral Way (where the Maria Ygnacio Bike Path crosses under Highway 101). We're excited to partner with the Environmental Defense Center, the City of Goleta, and Santa Barbara Channel Keeper on this project.
