Meet Steven, our new Tasting Room Lead

Born and raised in Phoenix, Steven’s first career was in public health before the pull of wine changed everything. In 2014, he moved from Arizona to California and quickly fell down the rabbit hole of vineyards, harvests, and cellar work.

Since then, he’s worked with thoughtful producers across Arizona, Oregon, Washington, and Idaho, eventually finding his way back to the Central Coast, where it all began.

A fun full-circle detail: Steven and our winemaker Zac have actually made wine together before, which makes welcoming him to the Frequency team feel especially fitting.

Steven is in the tasting room all weekend, come grab a seat and talk wine with him! Vineyard stories, fermentation questions, favorite producers… he’s your guy.
