To my friends in Denver! I have a random request. As you probably know, I run . I started designing the dresses back in 2017 and had the very first sample made in 2018 in Brooklyn after months of hard work perfecting it. That dress launched my clothing brand and was used in things like our first child’s pregnancy announcement photo and lots of other special life events. This dress was mistakenly given to a clothing drive in Denver over the holidays while it was on loan with someone in a pile of other clothes. We obviously don’t want to take clothes away from someone who really needs it, so we would be HAPPY to replace it with a brand new dress from Elliott instead of the used one or we would happily buy it back for $1000 — much more than the actual price of the dress. It’s just such an important item to us, that we’d love to get our hands back on it somehow. If you think you might have it or find it somewhere, send us some photos of it and we can check if it’s the one! It’s somewhere in the Denver area.

The dress looks obviously extremely similar to all of the dresses from www.elliottshop.com (a cobalt blue silk), except the difference is that there is a white thread hand sewn on the inside throughout the dress. There also aren’t all of the typical tags on the interior that you would normally see in a dress. The dress would have been sold or acquired within the past 3 weeks.
