Evacuations Ordered for areas of Montecito by 8PM tonight. This video was shot yesterday of Montecito Creek around 10AM - about 4.5 hours after a rain storm event. Tonight's storm is predicted to be more intense and expected to last longer. If you are in or around a mandatory evacuation, suggest you take this seriously. Hoping for the best.
