Brett Vernon has more than a decade of experience in multifamily project management and high-end custom home development in the Central Coast of California. Prior to construction and development, Brett owned and operated an internet marketing company and a mobile game company that he sold.

Mr. Vernon received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and a Bachelor of Arts in Managerial Economics from California State University Channel Islands and a Master of Real Estate Development and Design (MRED+D) from the University of California Berkeley. He is also a Navy SEAL combat Veteran.
