In honor of all things simple and sweet, we’re offering a strawberries and cream filled Swiss roll this week — a lightly sweet version of a classic treat. This cake is super light and fluffy, and features lots of amazing locally grown Chavez Family Farms strawberries 🍓

We have this cake available in dairy and dairy-free versions, both fabulous! I was wowed how well a new vegan whipped cream recipe tastes (and holds up!) and I’m sure you will be, too
