Do you use a toner after cleansing? For years I didn’t, but the last couple of years I found that it’s done so much for my skin.

1- Our skin’s surface is naturally pH of 5.5, which is when it can function it’s best to protect and renew the layers underneath. Cleaning changes this pH and a toner brings it back before applying other skincare.

2- Most toners include botanicals that are naturally hydrating for your skin, and combined with a moisturizer on top, will pe*****te deep into the layers for lasting nourishment.

3- With your skin pH balanced, it will be prepped to effectively absorb the rest of the skin care ingredients that you apply.
