Lunar New Year Celebration at El Presidio de Santa Bárbara to Include Food, Art, and Mahjong The Year of the Fire Horse Festival on Saturday, February 21, is free and open to the public and will feature expert-led mahjong lessons inside Presidio Chapel.

An event we've been working on for a while now...our second year! Hope you'll come and celebrate the Year of the Fire Horse with us next Saturday!
