Coast Side Figure Club - Santa Barbara

Registration has opened for both of our Fall Semesters!

Rising Stars is our tiered class for ages 5-12 to learn the fundamentals of skating! Those new to our program will begin in Level 1 and are tested at the end of each semester to see if they are ready for the next Level!

You are now able to sign your skaters up for either Monday OR Wednesday class. If your skater would still like to participate on both Monday and Wednesday, sign them up both!

As our first 7 week program with the YMCA is coming to an end, we are preparing our Rising Stars for their first round of testing! On Wednesday December 15th, our usual class will consist of group and individual testing of all the skating skills we practice weekly. Skaters who show they can successfully execute these skills will be promoted to the Level 2 Class.

Skaters who still need time to master these skills will be encouraged to work hard and stay in the Level 1 class until the next round of testing half way through our 8 week Winter Session (January 12th - March 19th)

When we start our new program in January, the schedule will strictly be as follows:

3:30-4:00pm Open Skating/Warm Up
4:00pm-4:30pm Level 1
4:30pm-5:00pm Level 2

⭐️Saturdays⭐️
2:00pm-2:30pm Open Skating/Warm Up
2:30pm-3:00pm Level 1
3:00pm-3:30pm Level 2

Skaters not actively in class will be welcomed and encouraged to stay on half of the floor to practice their skills and skate the full hour and a half.
