🚌These custom machined steel post pins were manufactured using low carbon steel with plain finish. The head measured .41" in diameter and the shoulder .200" with a .063 thru hole for the cotter pin. The pins measured .60" in overall length underneath the head. Cotter pin and washer used for the full assembly at application were also custom made to drawing for our electronics customer.

🏎These custom class 9.8 hex fl**ge bolts were manufactured for our automotive customer in the USA. M6-1.00 X 18MM thread was rolled and head dimensions were made to DIN 6921 specifications. Parts were heat treated to 28-37 HRC core hardness per ISO 898-1 Class 9.8. Level 3 PPAP and full certs were provided with the parts per customer requirements.
