Hiring: Junior Creative Strategist (YouTube Growth) - Remote

We run a YouTube growth agency working with serious creators and brands.
I’m looking for a junior operator who thinks creatively and wants real responsibility.

This is not a VA or social media manager role.

You’ll help with:

• Breaking down outlier YouTube videos (why they worked)
• Generating strong video ideas, hooks, and title drafts
• Structuring scripts and content calendars
• Coordinating with editors + thumbnail designers
• Tracking performance and suggesting optimizations

Your job: become my second brain operationally so I’m not spread thin.

We're looking for a Lead Generation Specialist to help grow our YouTube SEO business by identifying and reaching out to potential clients. If you're highly skilled in lead sourcing, cold outreach, and CRM management—this could be a great fit!

💼 Position Details:
✅ Remote (Philippines-based preferred)
✅ $1,000-$2,000 USD/month (Full-time)
✅ Flexible hours, results-driven role

🔍 What You’ll Be Doing:

✔ Finding qualified leads (YouTube influencers, business owners, and entrepreneurs who need YouTube SEO)
✔ Sending 30-50 cold emails/DMs per day
✔ Achieving at least 10% response rate
✔ Booking 5+ calls per week
✔ Keeping lead data organized & updated in a CRM
