People don’t see the playlist edits, the equipment tests, the photo booth setup checks, or the mental run-through of every timeline. They don’t see me loading cases, labeling gear, packing backups, and preparing for every possible scenario rain, power issues, last-minute changes. That preparation is what protects your event.

Most people see the party. They see the music, the lights, the smiles, the memories. What they don’t see is what happens long before the first song plays. Right now, I’m deep in prep mode because tomorrow I’ve got three events lined up: two DJ setups and one photo booth. That means every detail matters, and nothing gets left to chance.

Behind the scenes, it’s hours of testing equipment, charging batteries, organizing cables, updating playlists, cleaning the photo booth props, and making sure every piece of gear is working perfectly. I’m loading the van days in advance, double-checking every case, every cord, every backup, because when you show up to someone’s big day, “almost ready” isn’t good enough.
