SAUSD Support Services

This Spring semester, through a partnership with OCDE, some of our SAUSD School Social Workers have been working with SAUSD School Counselors to bring some amazing workshops to parents related to Mental Health and Parenting! Parent engagement is vital for positive outcome with students!

Our School Social Workers also provide training to school staff on a district wide and school site level. Here, some of our Senior School Social Workers are providing training to different groups of district staff on su***de and threat management protocols. Ensuring that staff are aware of how to respond to crises helps keep students and the school community safe!
