In recognition of Economic Development Week, we’re often asked: what does economic development look like in Sanger?

On a day-to-day basis, our work includes:
• Supporting existing businesses through direct engagement and problem-solving
• Coordinating site visits and connecting with prospective developers and retailers
• Representing Sanger at industry events and trade shows
• Collaborating with City leadership and community partners on long-term planning
• Promoting and celebrating local businesses

While much of this work happens behind the scenes, it plays a key role in driving sustainable growth and opportunity in our community.
