Other than my good buddy Josh Emfield, does anybody want to guess what my favorite part of this picture is?

I just locked in a client at a much better rate than the home he closed on less than a year ago! If you’ve bought a house in the last two years, text me right away. We’ve seen great drops in the last few days but yesterday they went up a little. Might want to jump on this quick!

I should also mention that the majority of people I speak to believe that rates will continue to drop. Having said that it’s better to have a conversation early than late.
