Real estate school taught me many things. But one piece of advice has stuck with me that a heard in a class when I first got my license- the best car a real estate agent can have is a clean one.
So here I am at the car wash. Just came from a meeting with a homeowner in my neighborhood, dressed nicely, vacuuming my suburban. Just another day in the life of a realtor. 😂
Gas prices being what they are - nobody told me fuel efficiency might be something to consider. But with 6 kiddos, there aren’t many fuel efficient options out there.
