Learn To Kettle Bell
I developed a positive attitude with the kettle bell I focused on releasing bad energy and tuning into good enery. I sent out feelings of peace, love and well being to family, friends, then to all people. The more good feeling I sent out the better I felt. The more relaxed I was. It was a spiritual awaking. And added so much more to the kettle bell. When I used the kettle bell swing, It was just fun. Over the next four years I worked out a routine that would apply a continuos fluid motion to the ball. I focused on relaxation, flexibility, balance, posture, meditation and prayer.
