Here are 3 ways to burn fat and get shredded:
1. Prioritize walking (10,000+ steps per day)
2. Protein is king. Aim for 1g of protein per 1lb or .45kg of your bodyweight. Eating more protein makes you fuller and is essential in building muscle.
3. Donβt drink your calories. Itβs much harder to EAT 1,000 calories of oranges than it is to DRINK 1,000 calories of orange juice.

Decided to take the plunge and get dive certified. I can't really articulate how awesome it was to swim 18 meters down with schools of fishes. ππ€©

This island impresses with some of the most gorgeous sunsets I've seen.
Really breathtaking pink & violet hues scatter the sky sometimes.
I love coming out to this sand bar & chilling out. π I don't know where I'll be in the future, but at least I have these moments to remember. π
