3.) Trying to time the market to buy when it crashes.
- timing the market is the worst investment mistake you can make; over the last few years I’ve heard people say they’re waiting for the market to crash & they’ve come to realize it’s not crashing; in fact, it’s gone up. So the reality is, how much are you willing to spend in the future? & will you be able to afford it then? If you qualify now & it makes sense, then BUY THE HOUSE! Start building that equity, honey!💰👏🏽
