Must be able to weld, apply body filler, sand, prime, disassemble and reassemble vehicles for repairs. Install parts, adjust body panels for alignment, etc. Must have own tools. Production minded atmosphere and needs to work as part of a team. Pay is 40% commission for experienced tech. Relaxed atmosphere and quality fellow employees. Good money to be made. This person will prep vehicles for paint. Duties include sanding, masking, getting vehicles ready for the next stage of the painting process. Opportunity to learn other areas of the shop. Must be production minded with a sense of urgency, able to balance priorities, work well as a team and be reliable. Prior experience preferred, but will train the right candidates. 40 hours a week, no weekends!
