A note I wrote to myself: Your daughter notices when you hold your wife's hand, when you open the door for her, and when you get up to carry the groceries in so she doesn't have to do it alone. Your daughter sees when you listen (or not) to your wife while she's talking. She sees you staring at your phone, ignoring her mom and the world around you. Your daughter learns from every single thing you do. She learns how she should be talked to, talked about, cared for, and loved.
