Thankful Thursday! Today we're celebrating two incredible school partners making a difference for our neighbors.

A huge thank you to the students at Cumberland Academy of Georgia and Families4Families-Dunwoody, a student-run club at Dunwoody High School for their generosity and service.

Cumberland Academy middle school students assembled 34 birthday boxes, complete with cake ingredients, bilingual instructions, and birthday cards, helping families celebrate special moments with dignity and joy.

Families4Families regularly organizes food drives and delivers donations to CAC. Their most recent collection brought in an incredible 338 pounds of food, helping ensure our neighbors have access to nutritious meals.

To these students, teachers, and supporters: thank you for proving that kindness has no age limit. Your compassion is making a real difference in our community.

One last reminder before the holiday weekend!

All CAC locations will be closed tomorrow, July 3, and Saturday, July 4 in observance of Independence Day.

Fun fact: While we celebrate on July 4, the Declaration of Independence was actually approved by Congress on July 2, 1776. John Adams was convinced July 2 would become America's big holiday!
