So I googled to see if any were in the ATL airport…and of course there are! I mean Hartsfield Jackson is one of the largest airports. There are actually 9 lactation spaces in the six concourses which include: 1 nursing mothers room, 2 minute suites, and 7 Mamava lactation pods.

The Mamava pods are located at the domestic terminal west crossover (pre-security), near gates B5, D34, T7, F5, E Centerpoint (post-security) and F arrivals (international).

Mamava pods have built in seating, lighting, shelves, mirror, coat hook, outlets, and a fan.

This is a great concept and it would be nice to have these in all public places. This definitely would’ve came in clutch for me back in 2006 when I was a breastfeeding mama. I remember feeding my child in a bathroom stall in the mall. Every time the toilet would flush it would startle my sweet girl. I will never forget hearing an older lady say: “sounds like you’re nursing a baby in that stall.” Well yes, yes I am.
