COVID19 Update:

I hope this finds you safe, healthy, and calm.
I understand that we are all making decisions in these uncertain times about where to go and what activities to participate in. To help inform your decisions I wanted to share some information about our office and precautions.
*We are a small office, and are very rarely seeing more than 12 people ( therapists and clients combined) come through the office in a day.
* We are following cleaning recommendations and disinfecting surfaces in both the treatment rooms and lobby between every client.
* While i am always cautious about hygiene and health, I will be cancelling all appointments at the first sign of any illness, and ask my clients to do the same.
