This site started as timber and uneven ground. We built it from the ground up with proper base, fabric, compaction, and drainage so it holds up over time. It was great being part of this landowner’s vision for an RV and container space. We’re looking forward to bringing the next phase to life and handling the excavation for his new home!

Grading this new driveway in to a future build site. Getting the elevation, drainage, and base correct now so everything that comes next has a solid start. 👏🏼

When it’s planned right, you can build it to do exactly what you want! This homeowner had a clear vision, so we built it to match. We installed this cistern and tied it in series with another on the property to increase water storage and keep supply consistent. We then built the retaining wall with a finished concrete surface on top to function as a loading dock.

A retaining wall was needed here regardless to hold grade and make the area usable, but they took it a step further and made the space work for them. Three things accomplished in one place through creative planning!

Just because a driveway looks nice when you buy the place doesn’t mean it will perform. Most of the work is under the surface, and that’s what makes the difference!

We recreated this driveway to make it functional. Before we started, there were several soft, wet spots that weren’t holding up. We reworked the drainage, kept surface water off the driving surface, installed a French drain, and daylighted everything down the hill where it belongs. Now the base stays solid and the driveway holds up the way it should.

It’s a great day to break through some granite! We’re using the rock breaker to get this water line down to four feet so it’s below frost depth and holds up through winter. A lot of lines don’t get put in deep enough, especially when you hit rock, and that usually turns into problems later. No shortcuts here, we get it right the first time.

We love demo day! This lakefront project has been a blast from start to finish. We can’t wait to show you all the work we’ve done in collaboration with Mountain High Home Builders and Selkirk Design Company

Great start to this project. Huge thanks to Big Nick's Tree Management for sending the A-Team, these guys were absolutely dialed today. This crew made quick, safe work of some serious trees and left the site clean and ready for the next phase. Always good teaming up with pros who know how to get it done right. Looking forward to keeping the momentum going on this one 💪🌲

We built out this pad and retaining wall on a steep site, grading and compacting the base to create a stable, usable area with clean access along the structure. We wrapped it up as the sun went down ☀️
