Having three packing companies, who control 80% of the north American commercial beef market, is an outrageous monopoly. This is so obvious when an $87 million dollar settlement for market manipulation is nothing to them. They prevent ranchers from making any money and cutting into the packer's margins. As a response, ranchers reduce their herd sizes, forcing prices up further for years.

Tyson, Cargill to pay $88 million to consumers in beef price-fixing lawsuit Tyson Foods and Cargill have agreed to pay a combined $87.5 million to settle a federal lawsuit brought by consumers who accused the companies of conspiring to inflate U.S. beef prices by restricting supply.

We are completely sold out and will not have any more beef available this year. Next year, 2026, we will only have bulk ground beef available. Please email: [email protected] and make sure you are on our availability email in May 2026.

We still have cuts available, but time is running out. Cuts are 1/4, 1/2 or a whole animal. We plan to fill our final 2025 cuts orders over the next 10 days and that will be the end of our production year.

Our grass has been awesome, so our animals are running well above our annual averages.
