It’s Lavender Matcha Season again, my favorite matcha duo!🍃

🍵 Matcha is an antioxidant powerhouse that also provides calming energy (thanks to L-theanine + caffeine combo) and offers protective benefits for the heart, liver and brain.

Lavender is antimicrobial, anti-inflammatory and its uplifting yet calming scent helps to reduce anxiety and stress. It pairs perfectly with the earthy, umami flavor of matcha.

My creation includes ceremonial grade matcha, Laird Superfood Creamer, (mushrooms, MCT, all the things) maple sugar/syrup, collagen, lavender extract and coconut-cashew milk.

Warm weather? Just pour over ice. So good.

🍃 Note: it is very important not to microwave or overheat the matcha; doing so can harm its delicate medicinal properties. Always heat your milk first and then add it to the matcha and blend. Cheers! 🍵 🍃 🍵
