By reason of default of a Self Storage Lease(s) by and between Self Storage Secure, LLC and the undersigned Occupant(s), the following personal property will be sold at public sale to the highest bidder:

Name: Orain Ross Unit No. 2063
Contents: Flat screen TV, a Paw Patrol toddler bed, a toddler walker, several plastic three drawer shelving units with items, bags, boxes, a baby swing, baby toys, numerous items unseen due to stacking, etc…

Owner has complied with all terms of said lease and of O.C.G.A. Title 10, Chapter 4. Said sale will take place January 10, 2025 @ 10:00 a.m. at 500 M. Friedman Drive, Sandersville, Georgia. Sales can be made with cash, check or card (there is a 3% convenience fee added to all card transactions). Successful bidders must take possession of any purchases at the time of sale.
