Pine View Cottage Farm

We got the soon-to-be asparagus bed partially framed out and prepped today.

Put some cardboard down on the section that still has grass and covered it with straw. The two free range chickens are helping by eating those straw seeds :)

I'll let it sit for a couple of weeks and then maybe it will be a little easier to dig the grass up, finish prepping and framing and plant the asparagus crowns…that I need to order soon.
