Start of a weekend in San Diego

Both eggs successfully hatched recently and they seem to be growing at a pretty rapid pace (for hummingbirds).

What the duck? They're back after a few weeks and are helping out with the algae control ☺. Hopefully our fish haven't started spawning yet.

A brief stop at the Filoli Garden this afternoon for a stroll thru this lovely house and garden estate.

This 654 acre estate, located 30 miles south of San Francisco, was generously donated in 1975 to the National Trust for Historical Preservation for the enjoyment of current and future generations.
