We initially got connected through Zillow in September 2023. They decided to pause their home search, and then reached out to me again this year to pick things back up. We spent one evening touring a few homes in Modesto and found the home of their dreams.

This family’s ultimate goal is to build their Real Estate portfolio, and this home is just the start of their journey! They were looking for a home that would allow them the opportunity to expand the property, live in it for a little bit, and then rent it out while they move on up!
