Over the past decade, Terri has become a trusted and respected face of HomeSite Services, Inc., proudly representing the company, its Design Studios, and its products and services spanning across California and the nation.
Terri’s commitment to the building industry reaches far beyond one region. She proudly represents HomeSite Services in multiple building industry committees, councils, and associations, including NorthState BIA, BIA Greater Valley, BIA Bay Area, BIA of San Diego, CBIA, and NAHB.
Her involvement and leadership include serving on the 2025 & 2026 BIA Bay Area Sales & Marketing Council Board, the NorthState BIA Professional Women in Building Founding Executive Board, and the 2020 to 2023 NAHB Professional Women in Building Council Executive Board, including serving as the 2022 NAHB Professional Women in Building National Chair.
Terri is also a NAHB Membership Spike recipient, has been a NAHB Delegate representing BIA Bay Area for years, and currently serves as a NAHB BuildPAC Trustee representing California.
