The last three years have been the most challenging, fulfilling and freeing years of my life! Not only did I get to pursue my dream of owning my own business, but I also had the privilege of discovering my true passion and calling: coaching people to become healthier and stronger versions of theirselves so they can fulfill their true purpose in life! Unfortunately due to the pandemic and gyms being closed for 5 months now; I've decided not to renew my lease. I will rename this page Jammin Jeanne Health and Fitness and will continue to promote and inspire Health and Wellness through online and in person coaching. I will continue to offer 30-minute fitness classes Outdoors (although not this past week with the 100 degree weather) until it is safe to exercise indoors again.
