You might hit your toe and you might stumble. S**t you might even fall down the stairs and hurt your ankle.
But through the process of the ups and downs you will learn to appreciate those short comings. Because once you there I promise you’re going to look back at the journey be like damn I’m GLAD I went through all that to get right here.
Me personally I’m not where I want to be as in being successful. But I’m not where I was 2 years ago 💯💯💯💯 and I’m glad the Big Dawg that’s up above 🙏🏽 put me through everything that I went through.
Moral of the story enjoy the ride don’t never give up on ya self. You never know when ya BIG BREAK A COME 💪🏾

My man say the number #1 thing a carrier is looking for with a dispatcher is communication. And that’s so true because communication is everything in trucking.
My man had a previous dispatch service when he start his company. And it was a horrible experience. Due to lack of communication. Getting calls from brokers that he doesn’t even know loads was booked 🤷🏾♂️ that’s a BIG NO.
On the flip side as freight dispatcher I hope you guys are asking key questions to your potential clients. Because when you are carriers will let their guard down and have a organic conversation with you about doing business.
Communication is everything I stand on it I believe it etc. I appreciate you king 🤴🏾
