Okay friend… you KNOW I don’t play about my coffee ☕️ So Ive been pulling up to this new spot and tell me why they had affogato on the menu 👀 not just any affogato… we’re talking vanilla ice cream with a fresh, rich espresso poured over it and BABY when I say this coffee was one of the best I’ve had… I mean that.

But wait. Let’s get into the details because this is what took me out…
They used Häagen-Dazs ice cream. Like… excuse me?? We’re not doing regular over here.

AND instead of handing me one of those little plastic spoons like we fighting for our life trying to scoop ice cream… they gave me a real metal spoon. A METAL spoon. I said ohhh okay… so we’re doing this right.
The whole experience just felt elevated. Cozy, intentional, a little bougie in the best way. You know when you walk somewhere and it just matches your energy? Yeah… that.

I’m telling you now… if you love coffee the way I do, you need to try an affogato like this. This wasn’t just dessert… this was a moment.

The buyers needed a wood table and a few remaining items in the garage hauled away before they could sign off on the verification of property. Cue the hauler truck pulling up, the stagers arriving, and everyone moving fast to get the garage AND THE whole 2,400 sq/ft home cleared out. .realtor and I jumped in and made sure everything got handled so escrow could stay on track. This right here is the kind of behind the scenes moment you do not see but it is very real in this business.
