Is It Really Cake?

January 2025 saw me volunteering for a bake for 28 plus individuals who were volunteers themselves of different backgrounds and ages. Accepting this task made me decide of gluten free ingredients and as sugar free I could make it. Here's what I wrote as the ingredient list for all attending this bake event.

Here they are. The pumpkin spice roulade cupcakes with orange zest cream cheese. All edible except for the baby stick.

After two years I'm going to bake again. I'm going to bake up about 40 plus pumpkin spice cupcakes with vertical layers with orange infused white cream cheese icing. The orange zest will hopefully add a little acidity to this sweet desert. A stripe of caramel will also be added to the cream cheese. Take note my cake testers, as this will be coming your way shortly. Some toppers will come later. Cupcakes will be out by November 12.

Sorry but no new cakes yet for 2021. Been busy with construction concerns and then there was the dreaded COVID. I think a lot about different cake designs though.
