Marin History Museum

What a night! So many of you joined us for “Marin’s Iconic Dipsea Race, and Its Pioneering Women” last week.

We were thrilled to partner with College of Marin and the Marin Women’s Commission for such a special evening celebrating Marin history and highlighting the remarkable women who helped shape the legacy of the Dipsea Race.

A heartfelt thank you to renowned Marin historian Barry Spitz for sharing his incredible knowledge and stories of the Dipsea, and to College of Marin President Dr. Jonathan Eldridge for welcoming our community together for this event.

At the Marin History Museum, our mission is to preserve and share the rich history and stories of Marin County through exhibits, educational programs, archives, and community partnerships.
