Last month, we invited the community to celebrate Día del Niño with a day full of games, books, activities, a magic show, and Zumba, all in honor of the little ones in our community!
Thank you to every volunteer, participant, and partner who made this beautiful community moment possible. ¡Gracias a todos!
Huge gratitude to our collaborating organizations: Book Exchange of Marin, The Learning Bus, Marin County Free Library, Parent Services Project, One Tam, and Bay Area Discovery Museum.

Swimsuit color matters more than you think 👙

Bright colors don’t always mean visible underwater. Colors like blue, white, black, and teal can quickly disappear due to glare, shadows, and water conditions — making it harder to spot someone in an emergency situation.

Best visibility: neon yellow, neon green, neon orange.
Hardest to see: blue, black, white, pastel colors.

The safest choice is always layers of protection like supervision, pool fences, and swim lessons — but choosing a high-visibility swimsuit can add another layer of safety in bodies of water. ✅
