Théophile Gonet from Gonet-Medeville will be joining us to taste wines from the remarkable portfolio of Julie and Xavier Médeville.

We’ll start with passed hors d’oeuvres paired with Gonet-Médeville Champagnes:
House-cured smoked salmon, goat cheese creme fraîche, gougères

Followed by a sit-down dinner paired to complement these beautiful wines:
