Did you know we are a Coordinated Entry Cite? If you are a between the ages of 18-25 and experiencing homelessness or at risk of homelessness we can help get you into CE, provide resources, and help support you with your basic needs. You can stop by our resource center Monday- Friday 12:30p-5p or call 707-480-9541 to schedule an appointment.

Our unhoused neighbors are hurting in this cold and rainy weather! MCF and Juntxs for Change teamed up today to put together care packages, and make some PB & Js and warm meals of pasta! You can too! Our neighbors need us!
It's as easy as grabbing some snacks, fresh socks, and waters and divvying them up into bags & just passing them out! Collect jackets, blankets, rain ponchos- anything warm or that can keep people dry!
