Unfortunately we had issues with our homeowners insurance who was refusing to cover the decking. I gotta say onpoint did their diligence and went back and forth with my insurance to make this happen. The insurance were the ones holding everything up. I'm thankful they knew how the whole process worked and that they patiently delt with them. Trent who took care of the contracting did such an AMAZING job not only on keeping us updated but actually know his job and dealing with our insurance company. This was certainly a learning experience and Trent did a well job of explaining and answering all the questions we had regarding the matter. I would DEFINITELY recommend and use them AGAIN.
